Beautiful 1970's orange, green and blue plaid cotton dress. There is a short sleeve and (functionless) buttons that go down the bust. There are ruffles on the bust and corset like stitching on the fitted waistband. There is a tie for a more flattering fit and two pockets on the front skirt.
