FAQ

SHIPPING: Packages ship from the United States to the address provided at checkout. Eveliina Vintage is not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses or lost and stolen packages. 
Orders process and ship within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation along with a tracking number is emailed once your item is shipped. ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19.

TAXES & DUTIES: Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country or "Import Fees". The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Eveliina Vintage, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping rates, any Import Fees that are added on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Eveliina Vintage.
Eveliina Vintage is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

RETURNS: Returns, Exchanges, and refunds are not accepted. Please read measurements in each product page carefully before purchasing to ensure the item fits.
