1940's rose print blue wrap dress. Such a beautiful fit with 3/4 length sleeves and a flattering v neckline. Hangs beautifully on the body. The rose is in a scalloped edge circle which creates a super cute unique pattern. Has a tie at the hip and a snap on the other hip. Intended to be a robe but functions as a wrap dress as well.
