Amazingly stunning bright blue and white polka dot organza dress with matching bolero. The color is absolutely stunning. The dress has a scoop neck front and a cut out open halter cut in the back and a ruffle hem. The bolero jacket has a 3/4 puffed sleeve and no closure. The front of the jacket has a ruffle trim. This dress is not in perfect condition. Please check condition before purchasing
